In 1977, Barbara Holland formed a property management division within Levy Realty Company and quickly obtained a reputation of being one of the most professional and highly respected property managers in Nevada. In 1984, Ms. Holland formed a partnership which purchased the division and created H&L Realty & Management Company. The Company in June 1985, was awarded the prestigious Accredited Management Organization (AMO) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). The designation is awarded only to those qualified organizations which have completed stringent requirements and observed specific regulations in the areas of education, fiscal and operational reliability and organizational stability. An AMO firm must be reaccredited by IREM every three years, verifying that the high standards of experience, integrity and stability are preserved. Our management services are structured to generate maximum property income while protecting the physical integrity of the property. The property managers, on-site personnel, accounting department, administrative and leasing personnel all form a cohesive "team" in the operation of the property.
